The controller of the data collected on this site is Charis Agency, based in Douala, Cameroon. You can contact us at any time via the Contact page about your data.

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide:

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional) and message. • Diagnostic: need, sector, situation, goal, type of support wanted, budget (optional), name, email, phone and company (optional) and preferred contact channel. • Training registration: name, email and phone (optional). • WhatsApp: if you write to us on WhatsApp, your exchanges are subject to that service's terms.

Your data is used only to answer your requests, prepare a quote or proposal, process a training registration, follow up on your request and manage the business relationship.

Processing relies on your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in answering the requests we receive. We never sell or rent your data.

Your data is accessible only to authorised Charis Agency staff. To run the site we use technical providers who process data on our behalf: hosting of the application and database, and an email delivery service (Resend) used for notifications related to your requests.

Your data is not shared with any other third party, except where required by law.

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and follow up the business relationship, then deleted or anonymised once no longer useful, unless the law requires it to be kept.

The site uses no advertising cookies and no audience tracking. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be set: remembering your display language and the login session of the administration area, which is reserved for staff.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration: role-based access to the administration area and account authentication. No method of transmission is completely infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under the applicable data protection rules, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, object to and restrict the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to us via the Contact page stating the purpose of your request. We may ask for proof of identity to protect your data.
